Pauline Warui is a renowned business leader with over 20 years’ corporate experience. She has worked for various organizations in Kenya and Africa including Capital Pagers, Kencell Communications and Chevron Global. She has also worked at Safaricom PLC where she played key role in overseeing the setting up of the contact centre; the biggest of its kind in East and Central Africa with 700 seats, a customer base of over 20 Million, and 1,600 staff.

She is currently the CEO of East Africa Customer Care Center. She is also a director at Kline Insurance Agency where she is in charge of the commercial portfolio.
