Pauline Warui, the Founder and Lead Consultant, brings over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Oil & Energy sectors, having significantly shaped customer experience platforms in Kenya. Her career began as a Customer Service Manager at Chevron Oil (EA and Egypt) and Celtel Kenya, before she established and managed Safaricom Customer Operations, which became the largest contact center in East and Central Africa, supporting over 20 million customers with a workforce of 1,600 and 700 seats. Currently, Pauline serves as the Vice-Chair of the Commonwealth Business Women's Network (Kenya), emphasizing her prominent role in the business landscape.
