Sam has played a pivotal role in shaping Kenya’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centers, including KenCall EPZ Ltd and Horizon Contact Centers Ltd. With a proven track record across industries such as telecommunications, mobile money, e-commerce, microfinance, and insurance, he has successfully assessed and built high-performance call centers tailored to diverse business needs. His deep knowledge of call center operations, paired with exceptional project management skills, ensures optimal results for every client. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Chemistry from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), graduating with Second Class Honors. He is also an Andela Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Whitebelt Certified, making him highly skilled in agile and continuous process improvement methodologies.
